  1. Hi, you mentioned Banza as a grain alternative. I noticed they sell pasta variations but they also sell rice mix, mac and cheese variations? are those also acceptable? They include soy and xantham gum and mac and chesse includes cheddar cheese. Is xantham gum acceptable?
