Dairy Free Tzatziki

Serves: Many

10 ounces of dairy free plain yogurt (I used cashew)
1 ½ English Cucumbers, seeded and chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 ¼ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Equipment Needed:
Food processor
Cutting board
Airtight container

1. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Process until well-combined. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.

2. Serve and enjoy!

NOTES: Serve with Vegetables or cauliflower bread. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
