Balsamic Baked Pears

Serves: 2-4

2 ripe Pears
1 cup Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Butter
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Equipment Needed:
Small bowl
Small oven safe skillet
Cutting board
Melon baller

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Half and core the pears. Don’t peel them. Set them aside.

In a small bowl add the balsamic, cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk until combined.

Melt the butter in an oven-safe pan on the stovetop using medium low heat.

Add the Balsamic spice mixture to the pan and immediately add the pears, cut-side down.

Place the pan in the oven and roast the pears for 20 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
