Asian Peanut Salad Dressing

4 tablespoons of creamy 100% natural Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
3 tablespoons of Water
1 tablespoon of low sodium Soy Sauce
½ clove of Garlic
1 tablespoon of peeled Ginger Root
1 teaspoon of crushed Red Pepper flakes

Equipment Needed:
Blender or food processor

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
