Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt (optional)
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of basil leaves
½ teaspoon of oregano leaves
½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ cup of chickpeas
½ cup of pine nuts
Equipment Needed:
Blender or food processor
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
