Cilantro Lime Compound Butter

Serves: 8

1 stick of butter, softened
1 cup Cilantro
1 teaspoon lime zest

Equipment Needed:
Cutting Board
Small Tupperware container with lid

Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container. Mix until the herbs are well distributed.

Use immediately or seal with the lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm.

NOTES: Compound butters can be used to add a strong flavor punch to any meal. Any variety of herbs and spices can be made into a compound butter. Some popular compound butter flavors are Garlic Butter, Basil Butter, Sage & Onion Butter, etc..
