Horseradish Sauce

Serves: Many

½ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of sautéed onions
¼ cup of pine nuts
¼ cup of chickpeas
2 tablespoons of horseradish root
1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar
Salt to taste

Equipment Needed:
Food processor

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
