Ingredients:
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup chick peas
1 cup of baby carrots
¼ cup of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 teaspoons of ginger root, peeled
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional)


Equipment Needed:
Blender or food processor

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
