Vegan Cheddar Cheese Spread with Horseradish

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, soaked
¼ cup Pimentos with liquid
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Horseradish

Equipment Needed:
Food processor
Baking spatula

Directions:
Soak the cashews in hot tap water for at least 1 hour. Drain the cashews and add them to the bowl of a food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and puree until smooth.

NOTES: Store in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
