Vegan Parmesan Cheese

½ cup Raw Cashews
½ cup Raw Almonds
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt

Equipment Needed:
Small food processor
Small container with air-tight lid


1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor and process on high until the nuts are as close to a fine powder as your food processor will allow.

NOTE: Store vegan parmesan in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
