Day 1

Breakfast: Southwestern Omelet, Coffee or tea

Dinner: Mustard Chicken with Cauliflower & Kale, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Dessert: Raspberry Nice Cream, (ok to substitute any Set Point Smoothie or piece of fruit)


Day 2

Breakfast: Banana Pancakes with Raspberry Reduction


Snack:Bl ack Bean Salad


Lunch: Tomato Soup, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Snack: Orange (ok to substitute any fruit)


Dinner: Chicken Fajita Stir Fry – no rice, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream, (ok to substitute any Set Point Smoothie or piece of fruit)


Day 3

Breakfast: Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins, Coffee or tea


Snack: Grapes (OK to substitute any fruit)


Lunch: Dairy Free Tzatziki with Raw Vegetables, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Snack: 2 ounces of raw nuts


Dinner: Blue Ribbon Chili, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Dessert: Peanut Butter and Banana Nice Cream, (ok to substitute any Set Point Smoothie or piece of fruit)


Day 4

Breakfast: Yogurt with Berries, Coffee or tea


Snack: 2oz. Curry Lime Cashews


Lunch: Black Bean Soup, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Snack: Celery with Peanut Butter


Dinner: Pork Chop with Onion Apple Chutney and Asparagus, Iced tea or Water – no sweetener


Dessert: Snickerdoodle Nice Cream, (ok to substitute any Set Point Smoothie or piece of fruit)
