1 Sweet Potato
1 teaspoon Butter
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Chop the sweet potato into 1-inch pieces and place them into a sauce pan. Add water to the pot until the sweet potato is well covered in water. Boil on high until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain the potatoes using a colander and place them back into the sauce pan.
Add butter, salt, and pepper to the pan and mash the potatoes until smooth using a potato masher. Stir the entire mixture together to make sure the butter, salt, and pepper are well distributed. Serve & Enjoy!
