1 cup of Raw Almond
4 cups of purified drinking water
1 Date, pitted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
Add 1 cup of almonds to a bowl and cover them with purified water. Allow them to soak overnight.
Drain and rinse the almonds.
After soaking and rinsing, place the soaked almonds into a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
Blend on high for 2 minutes.
After blending, pour the milk into a nut milk bag and squeeze until the milk has moved through the bag and into the bowl. If you don’t have a nut milk bag, you can use several layers of cheesecloth or a kitchen towel.
Pour the milk from the bowl into a container of your choice.
NOTES: Milk will keep in the fridge for several days.
