Black Olive Hummus

Serves: 2-4

1 can Garbanzo Beans
1 can Black Olives in water
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt

Equipment Needed:
Food processor
Baking spatula

Pour the can of garbanzo beans into a colander and rinse them well. Add the garbanzo beans to the food processor bowl with chop blade.

Drain half the liquid from the olives. Add the remaining liquid and entire can of black olives to the food processor.

Add the garlic and salt to the food processor and pulse all ingredients until smooth. Scrape sides if necessary.

Serve with cut vegetables and enjoy!
