Loaded Guacamole

Serves: Many

Ingredients:
flesh of 2 medium Avocados
½ cup Red Onion, diced
1 Jalapeno, seeded & diced
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
juice of 1 Lime

Equipment Needed:
Bowl
Knife
Spoon
Fork
Cutting board
Lemon Squeezer

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Using the back of a fork, smash the avocado. When the avocado has been reduced to a baby food-like consistency, stir all the ingredients together with a spoon.

2. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: When storing guacamole, put into an airtight container and smooth the surface to flat. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and tilt the container so that the lime juice coats the entire top of the guacamole. Place a lid on the container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
