Soups are perhaps the one type of food that it is almost impossible to avoid if you are going to fully embrace the Pound of Cure style of eating.  Making your own soup is easy and affordable and can be made in bulk and packaged and stored in individual containers.  Replacing your usual lunch with a large bowl of soup loaded with veggies and beans is a great way to get started on the Pound of Cure program.
