The End of the Honeymoon, Year 2-5 After Surgery

This introductory video outlines the End of the Honeymoon course.  While years 2-5 after surgery can represent a challenging phase in the life of a bariatric surgery patient, it doesn’t have to.  Those patients that expect the increased appetite and reversion to old food preferences and recognize it as a normal part of healing process.  It is during these years that lifestyle changes become so critically important to your long term success.  Instead of a sing of impending failure, this period is a time for doubling down on all of the nutritional and exercise changes that you’ve been working.
